End User Software License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("License") is an agreement between you and Colossus Game Studio LTDA. This License governs the use of this application and all related software, documentation, updates, and improvements that replace or supplement the application and are not distributed with a separate license (collectively referred to as the "Application").
By installing or using the Application, you accept the terms of this License. If you do not agree with any part of the terms and conditions of this License, do not install or use the Application.
Grant
Colossus Game Studio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to install and use the Application for personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with the provisions of this License and any accompanying documentation. The rights you acquire are subject to compliance with this License. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited. You are expressly prohibited from sublicensing, renting, leasing, or otherwise distributing the Application or the rights to use the Application. Your License begins on the date you start downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Application, and will terminate on the date you dispose of it or when Colossus Game Studio terminates this License.
Copies
You may download this Application from an authorized source. The number of copies you are entitled to download during a period of consecutive days may be limited. You are not permitted to make a copy of the Application available on a network where it can be used by multiple users simultaneously. You may not make the Application available on a network where multiple users can download it.
License Validation
The Application and an Internet connection are required to validate the license for some products distributed by Colossus Game Studio. You acknowledge and agree that the Application may automatically validate license rights for some or all products accessed through the Application without sending a specific notice to you. This means that to use the Application and certain products, you must keep it installed on your console. You acknowledge and agree that the Application may use information related to your console, hardware, and operating system to create an anonymous machine identifier for the purpose of validating your license rights and updating the Application. The information accessed for this purpose is not stored in a recoverable manner.
Changes to Terms of Use
Colossus Game Studio reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, without prior notice, in order to address matters not previously covered by these terms. By continuing to access content after the Terms of Use have been changed, Colossus Game Studio understands and considers this as an act of consent to the newly published version.
